I just want to now if people in America and Europe even know the rules of Football (Aussie Rules). Is it played over there? Is it a big sport, or does no one even know what i’m talking about?

I listened to BBC news and 7 news and I think both of these accents are same, I just surfed about it, and I found that aussie accent derived from cockney accent from UK..I’m new in this kind of thing, can someone explain me more details what is the different between two of these accent?
