I installed a SoundWave 7.1 PCI card (Siig.Inc.). When I contacted customer service, they told me it will not work with a Peavey amplifier & my Karaoke microphone.
What type of sound card do I need to make this combination work? I want quality sound for my Podcast and to record audio books. I have Windows XP.

if the amp has a low level input it should work off the headphone jack of any soundcard … all u need is an 1/8th” stereo plug to watever the amp needs ..
what is the input impedance of your Peavey amp
get a impedance matching trnasformer between the sound card and your amplifier
it should work !
